Oktay Cindioğlu, born on 18.07.1994 in Adana, originally from Mardin. After completing his primary and secondary education in Gaziantep, he came to Istanbul for high school and university education and completed his law education in Istanbul. He participated in studies in various fields of law throughout his education life, and also took part in many social responsibility projects within Rotary and served as a volunteer on the board of directors of the association from time to time and still continues to work on this subject.  During his career, he has continued his studies in the fields of Criminal Law, Enforcement Law, IT Law and Disability Law and is on the way to specialize in these areas. Education and profession he went to many  countries of Europe and the Balkans throughout his life, and aimed to learn legal awareness, legal professional ethics in the countries he visited and to have an international vision on professional ethics. As a mission, it has planned to ensure that the basic principles of human rights and criminal law are implemented in accordance with the law at the national level, and it has also considered it a duty to undertake the animal rights advocacy and contribute to the development of national law in the field in question.
